How is my payment information protected when using Stripe?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription, you’ll receive a full refund. After the first 30 days, you can still cancel your subscription, but it will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

How many classes can I have in the premium plan per day?

You can have an unlimited number of classes per day in our premium plan. We offer our premium subscribers the flexibility to take as many classes as they want, whenever they want, with our highly qualified coaches.

 

What is the length of the classes?

The length of the classes can be chosen by the student and vary between 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

 

What is a group session?

A group session is a virtual classroom setting where you will have the opportunity to practice speaking Spanish with other students and an experienced teacher. In a group session, you will be able to participate in interactive activities and discussions that are designed to help you develop your conversational skills in a more real and immersive way.

 

Is there any specific time for the classes?

Our classes are available from 6am ET to 11pm ET every day, so you can schedule them at a time that fits your schedule. We understand that everyone has different commitments and we strive to be as flexible as possible.
